I can’t recommend Ware Jewelers enough. I went here and spoke with Teddy for help with finding the perfect engagement ring. Teddy was phenomenal, very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and worked to find the perfect ring. He explained everything so that I could understand (color, clarity, etc), and truly helped me find the best option. Their prices are very fair and they will help you find the best ring for whatever budget you may have. I was very thankful for the service and expertise!

I cracked one of my favorite rings and luckily I met Chris who was able to fix it for me! He’s super kind and genuine. I sent it to their shop to get repaired and he was able to fix it just as uniquely as the original piece. Would highly recommend!

Teddy and everyone at Ware Jewelers are amazing!! Every time I call or go into the store I am greeted with a smile and a wonderful hello!! You are always treated like family. They are always so accommodating. I cannot say enough about their customer service. They have the best and most exquisite selection of jewelry in the state. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will either find it or provide you with something better. I promise you will not leave disappointed!!

I ended up looking for a specific Tag watch for my wedding. It wasn’t available at the Montgomery location but they were able to have someone bring it from their Auburn location. I wanted to get it engraved before the wedding and a local shop was unable to do it on my watch. I called to setup an appointment at a later date with the engraver at Ware’s, which knew has a big work load, but when the manager learned my situation, she went above and beyond, allowing me to drop the watch off and an employee run it between the 2 stores and have it back to me before our big day. Means a lot to do business with people who actually care. Ordered another watch from the immediately and hope to do more business soon!

Got my wife's engagement ring here while we were both in grad school at Auburn, and still enjoy visiting with everybody when we visit. The signature jeweler in Auburn, and family owned for many years - you may even catch Ronnie Ware on a good day. Great for Tacori, Rolex, John Hardy, etc., down to Christmas ornaments and glassware.
